These terms apply to all work carried out by Cracka Mechanical & Restorations (Smeaton Grange, NSW) and to the use of this website. By booking your vehicle with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. If additional faults or parts requirements are discovered during work, we'll contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work or cost.
Please give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel a booking so we can offer the time to another customer.
We use quality parts appropriate to your vehicle and the agreed job. Parts are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is backed by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may be retained until payment is received, as permitted by law.
Vehicles left with us for extended periods beyond the agreed collection date may incur storage charges. We'll always discuss this with you first.
